Welcome to PlayBound! By inviting the PlayBound bot to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the bot.

1. Description of Service

PlayBound is a Discord bot that provides automated games (such as Trivia, Wordle replicas, and Dice Tournaments), a virtual economy, and community engagement features.

2. Virtual Currency and Items

PlayBound features a virtual economy using "points" and virtual items (such as cosmetics and consumables).

Points and virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, real-world goods, or services.
We reserve the right to modify, wipe, or remove virtual currency or items at any time, with or without notice.

3. Premium Subscriptions & Payments

PlayBound offers optional Premium features through paid subscriptions. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. PlayBound does not collect or store your credit card information. Refund requests should be directed to our support team.

4. User Conduct

By using PlayBound, you agree NOT to:

Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics to gain an unfair advantage.
Use the bot to spam, harass, or maliciously target other users or servers.
Use automated scripts or "macro" programs to farm points or automatically play games.

We reserve the right to blacklist any user or server from using PlayBound for violating these rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

PlayBound is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any server disruption, data loss, or damages resulting from the use of the bot.
