At PlayBound, your privacy is critically important. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

Discord User IDs — to track your points, inventory, factions, and statistics.
Discord Server (Guild) IDs — to store server-specific settings and leaderboards.
Channel and Message IDs — temporarily stored during active games only.
Game Statistics — games played, wins, streaks, and points earned.

We do not collect personal real-world information, credit card data, or track your activity outside of the bot.

2. How We Use the Information

Data is used solely to maintain your profile, economy, rankings, server configuration, and ensure the bot functions properly.

3. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored securely in MongoDB and is only accessible by the core development team for maintenance, debugging, or support.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are offered through Stripe. All billing and payment details are handled securely by Stripe. We never receive or store your financial information.

5. Data Deletion

To have your data permanently removed:

Open a support ticket using the /ticket command.
Join our Support Server and request a manual data wipe.

6. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available here.
